What's Happening in Crazy Cat Lady's Library?

I am sure my regular followers have noticed that lately I have not been posting much, and I decided it was time to let everyone know what's going on in CCL's world. I have a chronic medical condition that sometimes simply takes over my life, which has been the case of late. It's not life-threatening, just annoying as heck, and often prevents me from spending much time online. I would love to be able to tell you that in a certain number of days or weeks all will be back to normal, but unfortunately this condition is totally unpredictable so I can't do that.

All I can do is ask all of you to be patient with me. If you are currenty waiting for me to review a book or product for you, I promise I will follow through on everything I have committed to as soon as I am able. If you would like me to consider reviewing your new book or product, as long as you are willing to wait a while and don't have a short deadline, we may be able to work something out. If you are one of my beloved supporters and readers, please hang in there with me, and I promise to continue to post things of interest as often as I am able.

I would also like to take this opportunity to invite all of you to consider doing a guest post or guest review here at CCLL.(*) If you have a hobby or collection or unique pastime you think CCLL readers would find interessting, I'd love to provide you with a place to post and share your passion! If you've read an awesome book or tried a fabulous new product lately and want to reccommend it to others, CCLL would be a great place for you to do that! And if you want to provide negative feedback (as long as the critique is constuctive!) on a book or product that turned out to be a stinker, you can do that, too! Just send me an e-mail if you are interested, and I'll get back with you as soon as I am able!

*Crazy Cat Lady reserves the right to edit any guest posts or reviews submitted for publication on her blog. All changes would be discussed and cleared with the original author prior to actual posting.

Hi CCL Sorry to hear that you are under the weather, and of course I am glad to know it isn't life threatening, I also suffer from some chronic medical conditions and it's no fun at all.One condition causes another , treating that one makes one dizzy, on and on...
Keep your chin up, unless you're walking and then you should orient our chin so you can look where you are going ;-)

Steph, thanks so much for your coment! Yep, it sounds like we are in the same boat...treating condition A causes condition B, condition B's medication causes condition C, etc, etc! I appreciate your kind words and support!

Hi,
I hope, that you feel better soon. I, too, have a chronic condition, which caused the snowball effect y'all described. Love your cats!

Hi,

I understand the constraints that a chronic illness can put on your life. I've had chronic migraine and CDH for over 7 years now. Sometimes it gets better and hardly bothers me but at times it rules my life. The most important thing is to take care of yourself first...

Hugs,
Kellie

Hope you feel better soon. Chronic conditions sure are a pain in the butt no matter what kind they are. Big hugs.

Take care of yourself, CCL. I will keep you in my thoughts. I know a lot of people are going through tough times. I had a serious illness over the summer and I still haven't caught up! And I still have some issues because of that illness. Then my son had appendicitis this past weekend and had to have it removed and our central unit went out on our house. When it rains, it pours!

Keep your chin up and take care of yourself!

I am a newer follower but I want to send warm thoughts your direction. Living with a chronic condition just isn't fun. I should know as I have been dealing with fibro for about 8 years now and I swear some of the remedies are worse then the condition. Just take care of yourself and your furkids
